When is this going to be fixed? MKV with DVD Subtitles (spu) are still not working. (I'm also on premium account) I have all my dvd:s ripped on my computer with these subtitles and I can't watch them with this.

Sorry! Right now the iOS app is behind our Android one in terms of features, so it can only control videos that are
already playing! I can see how that'd be confusing if you have both apps.
We're working on updating the iOS app, but with our small team it could be a while before it catches up with the
Android one!

In Chrome add the 'Google Cast' extension to connect to Chromecast and the 'Videostream for Google Chromecast' extension to play videos via Google cast. There are other Extensions in chrome that I haven't really played with.
Whenever I accidentally tried to open Videostream twice I got a message saying something like "You love us too much." It wasn't possible to run a second copy simultaneously on one PC.
For the past week (last week in January 2016) the team does not appear to be available for any communications. Very strange. Usually they are super fast in responding.
I have had Videostream Premium for over a year now. I have had this problem on both my OLD PC and now on my NEW PC. I don't know if it has anything to do with using the VideoStream mobile app.
I have the same issue. As I'm scrolling down the list of videos on the tablet by swiping with my finger, it refreshes ("Scanning files") the display approximately every 15-20 sec and resets the display to the beginning of the list.
If I grab and scroll down using the scroll bar on the right, it doesn't exhibit this behavior.
The behavior I expect is scan and refresh when initially started and then refresh/scan only when I manually swipe down from the top of the display. (I'm using an Android Nexus 7 tablet and Windows 7.)
Have similar problem. I bought Premium Lifetime using a Google account but later deleted that account and opened a new one. Now Playlist won't work, probably because my Premium licence remains tied to the old one.
Have tried for 6 days to get the Team to respond but, unusually, the only response received is that automated one that says they are very busy. I'm guessing that only they can make the account switch.
