Are VOB files even supported in this App?

Will this app play (Stream) Local multiple Movie VOB files in Order to Chromecast? Thank You

I was considering going premium, but when I clicked on the Paypal link, saw something mentioned about a re-occurring charge for the 1 year subscription, Please advise the reason for a re-occuring charge for a 1 year sub. I do not like re-occurring charges. How do I cancel the subscription so that the charge does not re-occur? Thank You
