@Bodini Exactly the same problem, going back to plex. For me, the subtitle problem only appears in Aspect ratio stretch mode. Emailed them couple of times with the actual footage of the problem, still it has not been fixed....

Anyone with any help would be much appreciated....

There is a bug in Windows 10. Some Wi-Fi adapter wont work right out if the box with Windows 10 after the upgrade. You need to find the correct driver for your Wi-Fi or buy an external Wi-Fi adapter.
