audio and video is speed up ?

alright...seemed to work it out myself..
Rebooted my TV (with built in Chromecast)
worked fine after that ...

I must be a techno genius .

VS has been working brilliantly....until now.
Last night watched a film..no probs
Tonight ....no audio...nothing ? not a peep?
any fixes or ideas ?
