Apart from that, you shouldn't be concerned if you have any issues with Toshiba products. The Konica Minolta Repair Service Center USA is accessible. You will have access to all the facilities in this regard.Email sender and the Me button
There is a Me button on the Konica Minolta Email function. To scan this for yourself, select it. Your email address is automatically prefilled in the To and From fields because you are signed in with Printix. If the email sender (from the field) does not have a certain value, some SMTP servers will refuse to send the scanned documents. As a workaround, you can specify the email sender in the Go setup. The "Me" button, however, will not function as intended because the "To" field will also be set to this email address. In this scenario, your options are to either choose the recipient from the printer's address book or type their email address into the printer's control panel.
The following is another potential workaround to make the "Me" button functional:
Enter the web page for the printer and log in as the administrator.
From the main menu, and then choose Security.
Choose to restrict user access.
Select "Allow" under "Registering and updating addresses."
To prevent the "From" address from changing and to utilize the administrator's address, choose Admin. E-mail Address under "Changing the "from" address."
