Audio latency

HI,
I almost got my Video Stream to work smoothly. Everything works except for ~one second audio latency.
This happens with every file I try to stream. I also tried to work with the lowest quality, still have latency.

Have you tried playing these files locally on your computer (using VLC or something), does the 1 second delay still occur?
If not - could you give me a link to where I could get the file? (DM me)
