No longer plays .avi files (McAfee AV)

The instructions for the McAfee AV are very vague and do not make sense. I have lost the ability to play my movies which are .avi. I have the purchased version of VideoStream. Please help.

@Synz76 If you create an exception in the real time protection for Chrome.exe you should be good to go!
If you can send your exact version I'll get you some better instructions on how to do that
