Video stuttering issue

Since the upgrade, I've been having stuttering issues when playing MKVs. I never had this issue before. It will play the video for a couple mins then stop for about a minute and then continue and it keeps doing it throughout the movie. It does it now with almost every MKV I stream. Please fix this.
