I'm going to third this so that the attention to it is made. That makes three people attempting to purchase things that are unable.
I can also say that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the videostream app as well as the cast extension, as per your help instructions int he application. -

Sorrry guys we messed something up in the last release (we suck).
If you try now it should be fixed!
If it's not fixed uninstall and reinstall and you'll be forced onto the newest version and you should be good
