Women are allowed to cover their feet when in the state of Ihram and can dress in embroidered clothing.

Acts that are legal in the State of Ihram

1. Cleaning with soaps, however they should not have any scents.
2. Changing Ihram attire if it becomes soiled does not invalidate the condition of Ihram.
3. Depending on the situation, bathing is also acceptable.
4. Using self-defense to kill or slaughter animals that are a threat to your life. Snakes, scorpions, wild creatures, etc. are a few examples.
5. Using money belts, carrying umbrellas, and packing your trip necessities.

Acts that are forbidden in the state of Ihram

1. Making any use of fragrances. For instance, cosmetics, oils, and toiletries.
2. Women concealing their face and hands and males covering their heads and feet.
3. Haircutting and nail trimming.
4. Interacting sexually with your spouse.
5. Killing insects and hunting animals (unless it poses a threat to your life).
6. Getting into a fight or argument and verbally abusing.
