All you need to do is exclude files and folders in Microsoft Security Essentials for Videostream to run!
1. Open Microsoft Security Essentials
2. Click the Settings tab and select Excluded files & locations
3. use the Add button to select files, folders, or drives.
4. Exclude google chrome - you should just have to find "chrome.exe"!
