Why is no one responding to this issue from Videostream

Any way to have videostream access your files? Only way is to drag and drop video files, but I cannot get to open the file Explorer for subtitles, does it need permissions? Im running Ubuntu 14.04. Thank you

same problem. reboot computer and chromecast didnt help. Youtube casting works fine.

@Bodini Exactly the same problem, going back to plex. For me, the subtitle problem only appears in Aspect ratio stretch mode. Emailed them couple of times with the actual footage of the problem, still it has not been fixed....
