Step 1 Launch Mozilla Thunderbird application on your machine.
Step 2 Go to Tools menu and then select Option from that menu.
Step 3 From the options window, select Security >> Passwords tab and then click on Saved Passwords.
Went to Video stream forum and tried rerunning the SETUP in 'troubleshoot compatibility' mode by right clicking on the EXE. This gets it to work for me.
