Alternatively to uninstalling/installing Chrome:

Open Anti-malware
-
Go to History
-
Find: nacl64.exe
-
Select and Restore
-
Restart Chrome (I killed all Chrome related tasks in task manager first)

Rename title of movie in the playlistposted in Feature Requests
The title in the playlist, is the title of the file. However, these are not always that nice. Of course I can rename the file first, but it would be easier / faster to do it in the play list. Especially when a type has occured.
