Every now and then, when I use the Videostream-extention in Chrome, I need to download Videostream, even though I already have downloaded and installed it. Why is that? Is it just an update?

I'm having a subtitle-issue. Instead of the subs, there's a black bar on the screen Deleting and installing the app and Chrome-extentions doesn't help. Anyone? :)
