I'm trying to install a driver for my USB TVtuner when I run into a really frustrating issue (avermedia TD310).

I choose to reload the driver after it stopped functioning.

I removed it from the control panel, but when I went to reinstall it, the drivers' own installer insisted that I remove the driver, even though I had already removed it from the control panel. It also stated that: "1605, this action is only valid for products that are currently installed when uninstalling."

I am totally stuck and unable to watch TV programs on my computer.

what I've attempted thus far

-remove all avertv-related registry keys from the editor
-uninstall from the list of apps in Windows settings, but there is a problem with it as well. 1628
-installing it in the safe mode

Win11 operational system

I'm hoping someone can help me with some guidance to get past this incredibly foolish issue.
