But can you please tell me why the playlist disappears please . on my screen i can see videostream with the orange stip you have and a white screen no playlist i have will send you the screenshot

hi i am having trouble with my videostream showing my playlists , i have already gone to make exceptions in my norton anti virus before i went overseas everything was fine , but since i have came back i cannot stream please help me .
