I just got premium and I came to support because I can't find it in my Android app either.

I just pulled out the Videostream tab as a separate window for the first time so I could have the controls handy while watching another tab, and when I resized the window drastically, I saw part of a message asking if I'd like to participate in some study about optimizing the network, but it only appears if the window is sized so small most of it is off the screen.

The smaller the window is, the more of it I can see, but never all of it. I haven't clicked on anything because I have nothing to click on.
