videostream was always working good

untill my windows 10 started to update
and no matter what i do i cant stream videos anymore

i tried the repair tool i tried to open ports i disabled my firewall i disabled my anti virus
it wont help anymore i miss watching movies :(

so whats wrong now btw i cast with google chromecast to my tv
other castings work without a problem so its just videostream
