I believe this is an extension, which isn't the same as Chrome apps, so you shouldn't have to worry.

I've had the same issue. My playlist files are referenced to the NAS on my network.
Also to note, I'm running the extension from Chrome on a Macbook Pro.
It seems like it's forgetting the link to the older files in the playlist, as it still remembers more recent ones I added and has invalidated the rest.
Is there any way for me to find out what the stored URI reference is?
