I upgraded to premium about a month ago to get automatic subtitles. Tried it several times and so far it never worked. It keeps saying the program couldn't find the subtitles on OpenSubtitles.org. So I just googled the name of the movie and "opensubtitles" and guess what? Three different English-language subtitles, plus a few in other languages. This totally sucks.
