Hi, in Brawlhalla on C-Tier it's hard to make a choice of character that would be good. But I still think the normal choice is Isaiah.
B-Tier is already more interesting and exciting)) I think Wu Shang, Lucien, and Caspian are well-balanced.
But before that I recommend you to check out the full list on the characters of these tiers. Study the reviews and guides on specific characters and then make a choice)
