RC Reddy IAS Study Circle was founded by Sri R.C. Reddy in the year 1998 with the vision is to create a better India through a better Civil Service, that is efficient and ethical. They prepare students for Main Exam, particularly in the Essay paper, as well as in the Personality Test.
