Not sure why, but every time I click on the toolbar button...nothing happens. The blue Chrome "busy" spinner goes for up to a few seconds, then it stops...and the familiar old VS screen never appears.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled...inactivated, reactivated...rebooted... nothing works.

Any help?
