Videostream stuck on LOADING on certain movies

Trying to load an AVI file of Spider-verse and it just won't play. Using the Videostream pc app. Works fine for other files, but not this one. Files opens just fine on my computer. Already gone to Chrome settings and changed those two settings to disabled (which DID fix a different problem I had a while ago). Not sure what to do now. Any ideas? Thanks!
