VS doesn't show casting possibilities window

Hey all!
This actually started awhile ago, and I just haven't been using Videostream. But, I can make up my list of movies, and when I click on the cast button on the upper right hand corner, the main window goes gray as though it's showing me the list of potential cast sites/connections, however it doesn't pop up. This window does pop up for other apps just fine.
I've attempted to go through any Chrome addons that might be blocking it, including turning off the anti-virus temporarily, but nothing I've tried seems to be helping. Any suggestions?
