Try to reinstall your videostream chrome application! I had the same issue and this worked for me!

Hello, I had the same problem and I think there is a problem with the audio . If you switch to stereo instead of pcm or AC3 it should work. I hope Videostream team is working on a fix :)

@hitimahana I had the same problem, of the screen repeatedly flashing as it reloaded endlessly.
Switching audio from PCM to Stereo, as you suggested, fixed it for me. Thanks!
This is an absurd bug, especially to have been left in place for two years. Simply having audio on the wrong setting should produce an error message, or at least not stop the video playing. Should have been easy to anticipate, and more importantly easy to fix.
