Premium features are no longer available

Hey guys,

since one of your last updates I cannot use any premium feature anymore.
I have ordered the lifetime premium membership on 18th of june 2016.
Could you please check on that?
I was using paypal and the email adress which I use for my profile in this forum.

same with me:

Last year in August I got the one year licence for premium.
Unfortunately my email adress in Google changed from rangun@yahoo.com to kentonsmark@gmail.com now.
I send you a copy of the receipt.

i've been having a similar problem, got the lifetime premium last year, formated my pc and now when i log in it says it cant find my premium! plz help!!
