Getting rid of dampness is no tricky business. But it was not easy for me to find sensible specialists. Because everyone can repair and clean sewer drains. Everyone says a lot in words, but does little and badly. I called the masters several times, and the problem returned very quickly. I haven't found POM Group yet. They said I needed to install a check valve https://pomwaterproofing.ca/back-water-valve-installation/ and it really helped. Therefore, if you call someone for help, then I recommend only them.

@Billyman Instead of dampness, I'm worried that my home's basement is useless and I'm unable to find a way to generate income through it as my upper portions are rented but huge area of basement is completely useless. According to legal basement suite Edmonton, they can convert it in to an approved living space but I'm not sure what to do?
