Cant seem to launch VS- getting "website is not found"

I am launching from apps window and from start menu on a windows 7 laptop.
my firewall is also disabled.
pleasehelp!

not sure what this is about, but if you dont mind resetting chrome to default settings, that could be the quickest way to fix things,
go here "chrome://settings/" scroll to the bottom, click show advanced settings, then the reset button appears.
