Mobile Stream Issue

New to Videostream. I am able to stream via my Laptop, and able to stream via my tablet as well. However, I am unable to stream via my Mobile. When I try to play a file via my mobile, it gets stuck on "loading." However, if I started the file via my laptop or tablet, I am able to control the file on my mobile, I just can't initiate the file, how can I address this?

I have gotten the same problem recently on both my mobile devices. Videos and folders won't load from these, but they are paired with the pc. If i tap add folder on the mobile device, I can add folders from the pc. The folders to choose from, and then again start videos, won't appear on the tablet or phone. I installed a wifi extender at the same time, using the same network name and password. May that be it?
