Bought New Chromecast - Youtube OK - Videostream NOT

The "old" Chromecast still works fine.
Bought the New Chromecast to my other TV.
When playing from my PC/Windows 10, Youtube is working for both my Chromecasts.
But the New Chromecast in not visible in Videostream nor the Beta app ?
