You can cancel your Cathay Pacific booking offline or online based on your convenience and time. Under the offline method, you can cancel your booking in two ways:

1. At the airport Kiosk, via manage my booking, or

2. By dialing Cathay Pacific toll-free number

Steps to cancel Cathay Pacific flight ticket

1. Navigate to www.aircanada.com or visit the Air Canada app

2. Next, select the Manage my trips tab, enter the e-ticket number, passenger last name, and hit enter

3. This will redirect you to your booking summary page where you need to select the flight you want to cancel.

4. Now, you will have to click on the cancel tab and check if Cathay Pacific has charged a fee or not.

5. If you think that the airline has charged an exorbitant fee, you can contact Cathay Pacific customer care.

6. If no fee applies, click on the cancel button again to confirm your ticket cancellation.

7. Thereafter, you will receive a confirmation message either on your email or phone number.
