Robert Pattinson Wants Robin to Appear in The Batman Sequel (2022)

The Batman Movie Here Are the Conditions, Actor Robert Pattinson has officially made his debut on the big screen as Batman. The film will also be available in March.

Reported by CBR, Friday (2/18/2022) although there is still half a month before the release of The Batman, Robert Pattinson already has many plans for a sequel, including featuring Robin, the iconic Batman partner.

The story of Batman is certainly never complete without the figure of Robin and Robert Pattinson admitting and realizing it.

If The Batman movie sells well, Robert feels the need to bring the character of Robin in the next film as a complement to the DC universe in the future.

However, Robert has one condition for the role of Robin who will play next to him, the actor must be a teenager.

Anyway, the actor must be 13 years old, that's the only condition. I love Death in the Family, but I thought bringing up a teenage Robin was a cool choice. "There are many people who are afraid, but I can't wait," he said.

The story that Robert calls Death in the Family, is a Batman comic story arc from the 1980s that was notoriously controversial among fans.

Written by Jim Starlin, Death in the Family revolves around Robin who is kidnapped by the Joker and then beaten to death with a crowbar.

Death in the Family is also often the title of the story director Matt Reeves mentions when asked about the sequel to The Batman.

Although he admits that he has no further plans regarding Robin's appearance, Matt can't deny that he wants to adapt all the existing Batman stories in his own way.

"What's important is how we can pick up Batman stories with a fresh and realistic feel," he said.

Also starring Zoe Kravitz, and Colin Farrell, The Batman will premiere on March 4 in theaters and will hit streaming service HBO Max on April 19.
