Deleting an Xfinity ID permanently deletes a secondary user's Xfinity ID, as well as all of their settings and preferences. You'll probably lose emails, voicemails, and other information linked with a secondary ID if you remove it. Anything you want to save should be printed or saved as a copy. If the ID is linked to multiple accounts, it will not be deleted; instead, it will lose access to the account from which it was withdrawn.
If this ID has made any planned payments, these must be canceled before the ID can be removed. An Xfinity ID can only be removed by primary users.
Xfinity xFi users can also use xFi Parental Controls to manage their access
To get rid of a secondary ID, follow these steps-
As the primary user, log in to My Account.
Select Users from the drop-down menu.
Locate the user you want to delete, then click Edit next to their name.
Remove the ID from your account permanently by clicking Remove.
If you choose to remove the user, you'll be asked to confirm your decision.
Click Remove User to confirm the removal of the selected user.
