Apple Music stuck on "Syncing Your Library"

My Apple Music is stuck on loading library and it won’t let me see my music. I’ve tried logging in and out of Apple Music, turned Sync on and off, as well as resetting my phone, etc. My brother, who is also in my "family" for apple music is having the same problem, but the "host" our mom isn't. iphone ringtones
We did just renew our apple music subscription after it expired.
