How do I find delete emails in Outlook?

Once you've chosen the folders to delete, you can click on them and remove them. Similarly, you can also search for specific fields that will help you find the Outlook duplicates emails. For example, you can search across all of your folders to find the emails that contain the words "reply". This method will remove the emails that are not relevant to each other. Once you've selected all the folders, you can now click on the Delete Duplicates tab and select the emails that you want to remove.

To access the Recoverable Items folder, please use a PC or Mac.
- In the left pane, select the Deleted Items folder.
- At the top of the message list, select Recover items deleted from this folder.
- Select the items you want to recover and select Restore. Notes: You can only select all if all messages are visible.
