Videostream mobile app can't connect to pc when my VPN is up

Title says it all, can't access videostream on my pc if it's connected to the VPN, any work around?
But if i use the app Unified Remote i can get access to my pc and then launch the movies.

@Benoit call me crazy but have you tried to disable the VPN? :-P
