Howdy! So far I am completely satisfied with my orders from the Bradford Exchange. I have made orders from them several times, and I always received exactly the product that I saw on their website, and the quality was always very high. I even had to call the bradford exchange phone number once when I got my order wrong and they were happy to help me fix it. I have had nothing but good experiences with them, I am satisfied with their products and also with the excellent service I received from them.
