Hello everyone, I started a new renovation in my house, I haven't been there for a long time, I have saved up money and I want to make it beautiful. Tell me where to start and what to do first? What tips and tricks can you give?
If you create a room in your home that doesn’t have building regulations you can’t include this as a room in your property description when it comes time to sell. It can act as a red flag that might put people off your home. Planning a loft conversion means thinking ahead, too.
If you already have an attic, great. You can transform your attic to get the most out of it. You can customize shelves and furniture to match high ceilings to save a lot of space. But, before converting a loft, you should seek professional help to find out how much is a loft conversion. It is also not necessary to add a door. You can still get complete privacy by installing a curtain or blinds.

Being a house painter is not as easy as I expected. I started doing this because I just wanted to earn some money, but in the end, I had to learn a lot. In particular, I learned a lot about using masonry paint on wood from The Bloke Cave. It really doesn't work the way I imagined it and some things that seem simple are actually more complicated.
