Ramadan is the ninth month on the Islamic calendar. It is the holiest month, the month of rewards, the month of uncountable blessings, the month to ask our Creator for forgiveness, and the month to ask to be saved from Hell Fire. Most of the muslims used to offer umrah in the month of ramadan by booking umrah packages 2023 manchester. Muslims all over the world fast from dawn until dusk for 30 days in honour of Allah Almighty. He SWT said, "Fasting is for Me, and I'll give you whatever I want in return." Here is what Allah SWT said in the Hadith Qudsee:
"Except for fasting, which is only for Me (Allah) and for which I will reward him."
On another occasion the Messenger of Allah said reported by Abu Huraira RA;
"There has come to you the blessed month of Ramadan, during which Allah wants you to fast. During this time, the doors of Paradise open, the doors of Hell close, and stubborn devils are chained up. This month has a night that is better than a thousand months, and anyone who misses out on its goodness is really missing out.
"There is a door in heaven called 'ar-Rayan. On the Day of Judgment, it will be asked, 'Where are those who fasted? And when the last person comes in, the door will be shut" So, only people who fast often in this life can get through this door to Jannah.
With the above Hadiths, it's clear that Allah SWT will bless and reward anyone who fasts with pure intentions, only for His Lord, and finishes it without making any mistakes. There are many good things about this holy month, such as:
One of the best things about Ramadan is that Allah SWT forgives our small sins that might keep His blessings from coming into our lives. The doors of heaven are open. This is the month of Allah, and He SWT wants people to ask for His many blessings. Whoever asks for His mercy, He will give him a lot of good things.
The Doors to Hell are Shut: In the holy month of Ramadan, when Allah opens the doors to Jannah, which leads to happiness, He also closes all the doors to Hell, which shows how merciful He is. In another place, it says, "And what will make you know what the Night of Al-Qadr is?" "This night is better than a thousand months," the Quran said. "Allah sends peace and good things to those who follow Him all through the Night of Al-Qadr, until dawn."
The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said this about Laila tul Qadr:
"Whoever spends Laila tul Qadr in worship out of faith and the hope of reward will have his past sins forgiven."
Breath of a Fasting Person:
Allah says that a fasting person's bad breath (from not eating) is better than the smell of musk.
Reading the Quran:
When a Muslim who is fasting reads the Holy Quran, Allah SWT gives him a lot of good things in this life and the next. In one of the verses of the Holy Quran, it says, "Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed, guidance for all people and clear proofs for the guidance and the standard for right and wrong."
So, whoever among you sees the moon must fast that month.
