How to cancel if Cash App payment is pending?

While most Cash App payments appear instantly, sometimes a transaction appears pending. This means that the money hasn't been fully processed yet. This is usually a result of fraud, but there are still ways to cancel a pending payment. If you want to cancel a pending Cash App payment, there are a few easy steps to follow.

First, make sure you unload the app from your device. This way, you will be able to check for any pending transactions.
You can also find out more about your Cash App pending payment by clicking the three dots at the top right corner of your Cash App.
Next, visit the settings section of the Cash App. There, you'll be able to view your pending payments and past transactions.
On the pending payments tab, you'll see a " Cancel " button.
Tap on this button, and your pending payment will no longer deduct from your linked bank account.
