If you cancel a flight booking within 24 hours of booking a Latam Airlines flight, you will not be charged for the cancellation. According to Latam Airlines Cancellation Policy, if 7 days have elapsed after the flight, it will not affect any changes, and within 24 hours or so, flight suspension fees will be applied to flight reservations.
However, if direct flight tickets are excluded, non-refundable flight tickets will not be refunded, and the remaining amount will be calculated in units or miles.
