Can only play four seconds of a movie..

Trying to watch one movie, but it only plays it for four seconds, then it just closes. Played another movie and it worked fine, but this one just will not work! I don't know if it's too big, or what it is... It's a MKV that's just under 3gb. The same thing happened with this movie on Plex, so I thought I'd try it on here. Any ideas?

Sounds a lot like bad encoding. I'd recommend trying to find another copy of this video.

I had no problem playing it through VLC.. Just can't seem to cast it. Works through the player on Chrome, but then there's no sound.

I am having the exact same problem. MKV file that refuses to play longer than 4 seconds. I was able to hit the fast forward 30 seconds button, but it only played 4 seconds after that and stalled again.
