Select Company File Issues if you have an error message when you open your company file or have missing or blank lists. This will open the Quick Fix my file and the QuickBooks File Doctor tool. If you need more help, select File Dr Help on the company file tab.

Now that we know the causes of this issue, let's start troubleshooting.

Check Netflix Server Status.
Restart Device.
Check Your Internet Connection.
Login and Log Out your Netflix Account.
Reset Your Network Settings.
Reinstall Netflix

To fix the issue, you can use the recommended disaster recovery switch mode, i.e., Setup /m:RecoverServer, to recover the Exchange server.
