Christina Haack and Ant Anstead's custody battle has been resolved.

The HGTV star and the Celebrity IOU: Joyride host have reached an agreement regarding their 3-year-old son Hudson and will not be going to trial, a rep for Christina confirmed to E! News.

When it comes to Christmas, Hudson will be with his father from Dec. 23 through Christmas Day on odd years while Christina will get the same period on even years. Court documents further show that the pattern continues for Easter Sunday, which their son will spend with Ant for even years and Christina on odd years, and vice versa for the 4th of July.

With this agreement, Ant and Christina's March 2023 trial dates have been cancelled.
Back in September 2020, the former couple announced their breakup after two years of marriage. "We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority," Christina wrote on Instagram at the time. "We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future."

Crypto Markets Today: BlockFi Files for Bankruptcy Protection, MakerDAO Rejects $500M Proposal to Invest in Bonds and BTC Slides

Crypto prices dropped amid continued market contagion triggered by the FTX collapse earlier this month.
Crypto lender BlockFi filed for bankruptcy protection Monday, indicating it hoped to restructure, continuing operations in the meantime.

BlockFi has about $257 million in cash on hand and a Bermuda-based affiliate is also filing for liquidation in a similar process, according to a press release.
According to the company's petition, BlockFi's executives estimate the company has more than 100,000 creditors, and checked off the ranges. Executives estimate the company has between $1 billion and $10 billion in both assets and liabilities.
The company's largest creditors include West Realm Shires Inc., the legal name for FTX US, which has a $275 million unsecured claim, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which has a $30 million unsecured claim. The majority of the other top 50 creditors' names were not shared.

Bitcoin (BTC) slid around 2% amid news that crypto lender BlockFi had filed for bankruptcy protection earlier in the day. The largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization was trading around $16,200, down 1.9% in the past 24 hours.

The MakerDAO community rejected a proposal to use up to $500 million of the stablecoin USDC to invest in bonds with crypto investment firm CoinShares. As CoinDesk's Krisztian Sandor reported, CoinShares had proposed managing between 100 million and 500 million USDC and actively investing the money in a portfolio of corporate debt securities and government-backed bonds with the aim of returning a yield matching the Secured Overnight Financing Rate. On Monday, some 72% of votes were cast against the proposal.
Equity markets fell amid widespread protests against Covid lockdowns in China. The S&P 500 index dropped by 1.5% at closing. The Nasdaq Composite and Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down 1.5% and 1.4%, respectively.

In an “AMA” (ask me anything) on YouTube, the platform’s CEO Kris Marszalek said that his company had a “tremendously strong balance sheet” and that it wasn’t engaged in the kinds of practices that led to the downfall of Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX last week.
FTX filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Friday after concerns over the company’s financial health resulted in a run on the exchange and a plunge in the value of its native FTT token. FTX tried to reach a deal to be acquired by Binance, the largest venue for trading digital assets, but this fell apart after Binance backed out citing reports of mishandled customer funds and alleged U.S. government investigations into FTX.

Alameda Research, FTX’s sister company, borrowed billions in customer funds from the exchange to ensure it had enough funds on hand to process withdrawals, CNBC reported Sunday. Bankman-Fried declined to comment on allegations of misappropriating customer funds but said its recent bankruptcy filing was the result of issues with a leveraged trading position.

His comments come after the revelation Sunday that Crypto.com mistakenly sent $400 million worth of the ether cryptocurrency to Gate.io, another crypto exchange, in October, a mishap that raised fears Crypto.com users’ funds may be at risk.

Crypto.com and Gate.io said they were sent by mistake and were quickly returned to Crypto.com after the error was identified. Marszalek tweeted Sunday that the firm had meant to send the funds to its “cold wallet” — meaning an offline cryptocurrency wallet — but were instead moved to a whitelisted corporate account with Gate.io. In its own statement, Gate.io said the transactions were the result of an “operation error transfer” and that all assets have since been returned to Crypto.com.
“In this particular case the whitelisted address belonged to one of our corporate accounts in a 3rd party exchange instead of our cold wallet,” he added. “We have since strengthened our process and systems to better manage these internal transfers.”

That did little to assuage investor concerns, however, with traders speculating Crypto.com may be facing liquidity issues of its own and dipping into customer funds after the FTX collapse. Marszalek pushed back on claims it was misappropriating users’ funds Monday, stating in the AMA that “we do not trade customers’ assets.”

“We will just continue with our business as usual, and we will prove all the naysayers – and there is many of these right now on Twitter in the last couple of days – we’ll prove them all wrong with our actions,” Marszalek said.

“We’ll continue operating as we have always operated to continue being a safe and secure place where everybody can access crypto.”

Analysis of public blockchain data shared with CNBC by data firm Argus shows that, from 7 p.m. ET Saturday through 6.30 a.m. ET Monday, a net $68 million in ether and $120 million in other Ethereum-based tokens was withdrawn from Crypto.com by its users.

Over that same timeframe, Crypto.com added $62 million in ether and $140 million of other digital assets to meet the withdrawals, according to Argus.

“To its credit, Crypto.com continues to have the funds to meet these withdrawals, lending further credence to its CEO’s claims that their assets are backed 1:1,” Owen Rapaport, co-founder and CEO of Argus, told CNBC via email.

The introduction of a second tribe reveals to audiences how expansive the world of Pandora really is. The first Avatar focused solely on the relationship between colonizing forces planning to exploit a supple and, before, untouched world and its indigenous people. The Way of Water adds the dynamic of how two different indigenous tribes of Na'vi play, or fight, with each other. The photo featuring the Tulkun promises the introduction of new creatures of majestic and magical design, and hints at how animal life will be affected by the trifles of their anthropoid neighbors.

The four photos give a lot for audiences to dissect and study. As the first film established the world of Pandora, the sequel is seemly set to tell a more personal story of a family, but of course with the backdrop of a gorgeous spectacle. The images not only further tease the rich world-building Cameron's capable of but, they tease how Avatar: The Way of Water plans to build with characters that are deep and dynamic.
