This is what worked for me on windows 10:

Open "Windows Firewall with Advanced Security"

Select "inbound rules" on the left navigation
Click Action->New Rule
Select Port -> Next
Select TCP
Select local ports : 5556,5558
Click next through to the end (You'll need to name the rule)
That should do it.
