You can disable new email notifications for a specific account in Outlook. To go about Outlook turn off notifications for specific accounts, click File, and then Options. In the Outlook Options window, you need to click Mail in the left pane, uncheck the Display a Desktop Alert box in the Message arrival section, and then click the OK button to complete the process.
