have been trying to find a home to rent after applying the company was quick to reach back out to us to let us know a missing document was still required made it very clear was needed the only thing is just if there was a deadline to submit would have been helpful considering right after we got the document uploaded we found the property was taken but we understood thank you to Raul Gonzalez.for helping us

I was not too sure of what to expect while calling the Firstkey homes maintenance.( because of some past firstkey homes reviews ). Until LJ picked up and introduced herself. LJ was so nice and patient right from the beginning to end of the call. She took out time to know what was wrong and the particular spot I had problems. She was able to get my complain in and booked a date for the crew to come in, check and get it fix. It was fast and stress free. Thank you so much LJ. Well done Firstkey Homes.
