Step 1: Get NSF to MBOX converter and download it in your system.
Step 2: Open a user-friendly interface application and select the NSF file or NSF folder as per your requirement.
Step 3: Now, choose the targeted location to save the converted MBOX file in the system.
Step 4: To initiate the process, click on the CONVERT button.

Converting Maildir to PST
On the left side dashboard, click Open & Export & then navigate to Import/Export. Next, select Import from another program or file and tap on Next to continue. Browse for the directory of your converted file and click Next. Lastly, tap on Finish to end the conversion process.

Open Acrobat to combine files: Open the Tools tab and select "Combine files." Add files: Click "Add Files" and select the files you want to include in your PDF. You can merge PDFs or a mix of PDF documents and other files.

Manually compact and repair a database that you have open
Select File > Info > Compact & Repair Database. Access creates a copy of the compacted and repaired database in the same location.

Select File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Select Export to a file, and then select Next.
Select Outlook Data File (.pst), and select Next.
Select the mail folder you want to back up and select Next.
Choose a location and name for your backup file, and then select Finish.
If you want to ensure no one has access to your files, enter and confirm a password, and then select OK.

Firstly, Open Outlook.
Then Go to the Folder tab and create a new folder. ( In my case its “MSG emails”)
Go to the MSG files folder and select the MSG files.
Now drag and drop MSG files into the newly created folder.
